Some was demolition, some was skilled carpentry and much was excellent advice. They come when they say they will, they explain what they are doing, they make recommendations and they work hard. Every time there was a question or problem they brought it to our attention. The house looks amazing and they left it so much better than they found it! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help making their house look wonderful.

For specialized trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other specialty work, we partner with trusted licensed and insured subcontractors. We have worked with many of these professionals for years, building strong relationships based on reliability, craftsmanship, and shared standards of quality.

Regardless of who performs the work, Haussmann Builders remains responsible for the finished product. We coordinate every phase of the project, oversee quality control, and ensure all work meets our expectations before the project is considered complete.

Do you offer a workmanship warranty?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work. Haussmann Builders provides a two-year workmanship warranty covering defects resulting from our workmanship and installation. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials remain separate and will be passed along to you whenever applicable.
