This Wyndmoor, PA project required Haussmann Builders to cut through the concrete slab and dig deep trenches to install a new ejector pump system, enabling the addition of a toilet, a bar sink, and washer/dryer hookups below the main sewer line.

From there, we reframed the entire space from scratch, routed and painted the HVAC ductwork, ran all new electrical, and built a completely new staircase with painted gray treads and crisp white risers to replace the cramped carpeted stairs that were there before.
The finished basement is open, bright, and versatile — featuring light oak luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, soft blue-gray walls, and recessed lighting that makes the space feel airy despite being below grade.
